CDR-1216: SR Set: Spanish Baroque Art

In Spain the Baroque took a distinctive emotional form with depictions of religious courage and devotion, strongly influenced by Caravaggio. This is exemplified by the works of Ribera and Zurberan included here. The giant of the Spanish Baroque, Velázquez, is represented with a variety of his works ranging from royal portraits of King Philip IV of Spain, to the Surrender of Breda, to his thought provoking Las Meninas.
