CDR-1176: SR Set: Gothic Architecture in Northern Europe

The set includes a range of examples from the Early French Gothic St. Denis, to the "purest realization" of High Gothic at Amiens Cathedral. Gothic architecture from England and Germany are included, as are examples of stained glass from Chartres.
